    Position Functions


    • Reviews payroll processes, creates efficiencies and backs up processing of biweekly payroll

    SUMMARY OF POSITION: 


    Responsible for safety and quality activities to assure products are within customer specifications and meet food safety requirements. Activities include testing and verification, sanitation and GMP checks, food safety documentation, product sampling and environmental monitoring, and temperature monitoring.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Pre-operation: Check each room before operation to ensure it is as expected to begin production.

    • Room temperature: Check room temperature within assigned time range.

    • Frequent temperature checks throughout day.

    • Equipment testing: Take ATP swabs before production starts in the production room especially in the equipment to be used and Allergen swab throughout the day when change over formulation occurred with different allergen to verify all traces of allergen have been removed. Environmental Testing: Take swabs and samples of food contact and non-food contact to send to lab and document.

    • Chemical testing: Check the strength of the chemical and notify to Management to fix any deviation.  

    • Product weight: Take finished products weight to ensure it is within product label specification.

    • Batch form: Complete and verify form with the following information: lot #, ingredients, temperature, production code, visual, taste and smell of finished product to be in compliance.

    • Collect Samples: Collect and store samples of every finished product.

    • Open NCR: Document any safety, technical and operational issues that rise and do not meet the standards stablished.

    • Labels: Print required label for daily production and get approval from Management.  

    • Monitor Production Room: During production check that everything and everyone is in compliance with the standards established.

    • Food Safety and Quality Documentation: Submit all safety and quality documents within a day and report any issues to QC Department or SQF Practitioner for review. 

    • Check pH of finished product and record.

    • Complete daily and monthly sanitation checklist.


    REQUIREMENTS 


    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

    • Solid understanding of Food Safety, Food Quality, GMP, SQF, EPA and OSHA Regulation.   

    • Ensure quality testing carry out inspections so as to meet the standard set by the organization. 

    • Encourage and enforce cleanliness on the part of the staff and ensure safe working conditions. 

    • Focus on corrective actions in order to make sure that products meet required specifications. 

    • Initiate training for workers concerning safety programs to protect employees against work hazards.

    Job Description:


    The Residential Facilities Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming residential spaces for students. This position is responsible for performing minor repairs, painting, moving furniture, and managing a ticketing system for maintenance requests. The Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between students, Residential Life, and the University Facilities Department, ensuring timely resolution of issues and prioritization of projects.

     

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Perform minor repairs (e.g., light carpentry, basic plumbing, painting) within residence halls.

    • Move and arrange furniture as needed for room changes or special events.

    • Manage and monitor the maintenance ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
